VehicleHistoryData.com is provided strictly for commercial automotive business evaluation, development, and operational research. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform on behalf of a legitimate business entity and possess the legal authority to bind that entity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All site design, text, normalized data structures, interface layouts, graphics, SVG visualizers, and code examples are the proprietary intellectual property of Vehicle History Data Technologies Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users and API clients agree not to:
- Deploy automated scrapers, spiders, or extraction bots against web interfaces without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication credentials, or security mechanisms
- Use data obtained from the platform to harass, defraud, or mislead consumers or businesses
- Reverse engineer or reconstruct proprietary vehicle data models or databases
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and all illustrative data, documentation, and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vehicle History Data Technologies Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
